Englishman Freddy Carter made an indelible mark on many viewers with his recent role as Kaz Brekker, the leader of the Dregs, a prominent gang in the city of Ketterdam, in the #Netflix series “Shadow and Bone”. His approach to his role and his brooding good looks made it hard to take your eyes off of Carter, no matter who he shared the screen with.
